Returns

  • Since orders are generally processed quickly, order cancellations are not accepted.

  • At this time, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

  • I try my best to not make mistakes. If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item

 

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within the time range given on the home page. This does not include weekends or holidays. Although orders can sometimes be sent out on Saturdays. 

  • Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Once an item is shipped it is then beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for any delays, damaged, lost or stolen items caused by USPS or delivery. USPS Ground Advantage does include up to $100 in shipping insurance through USPS. In the rare event there is an issue with a damaged or lost item, you can file a claim with USPS. I can provide shipping receipts if needed.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once an item is shipped I am unable to change it. If the item is returned by USPS due to incorrect address the customer will be responsible for charges to reship the item. If the order is returned to me by USPS and no longer wanted, any initial shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

  • If a package says it has been delivered but you cannot locate your package please contact your local USPS. PO Locator | USPS .I do not have any more tracking info than you do and they maybe able to help further. In addition they can provide you with the exact gps coordinates of the delivery scan showing where it was actually delivered. In many instances I advise waiting an extra day or two after the item has said it's been delivered, as many times things have showed up days after they say delivered.
